Restarting My Hydroponic Farming Journey
After taking a much-needed break, I'm back to my hydroponic farm with renewed vigor. The last four to five years were intense, with non-stop work that eventually led me to hit a wall. The exhaustion was real, and it taught me a hard lesson about the immense commitment required in growing food. Despite the high risks and less than stellar financial rewards, the fulfillment I get from this work is unparalleled.
During my year-long pause, I reflected a lot on how to move forward. I've decided to update my greenhouse with new, efficient systems like rail setups to manage loads better. I'm also focusing on automation to ease the physical workload. This year, I'm all about team building. I've picked up many skills over the years, but nurturing a team is something I've realized I need to master. It’s about growing and evolving myself to become the best leader I can be, which is essential for scaling up my operation.
I invite you to follow along on this new journey with me. I've started an exclusive membership for the farm where you can sign up to receive fresh vegetables from my farm weekly, either for 12 or 24 weeks. It's a way to support my enterprise while enjoying the fruits of my labor, literally.
Join me as I continue to learn, adapt, and grow - not just plants, but also my vision for sustainable farming. Thank you for being part of this adventure.
